For retail products, our standard shipping procedures apply. However, for larger orders, we tailor our approach based on the quantity and specific requirements of each order to ensure precision and efficiency.

How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?

  1. Shipping Methods:

Choose from three convenient shipping methods: Free Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Express Shipping.

  1. Shipping Prices:

Our shipping costs are determined by the selected shipping method. Refer to the price list below for details:

  • Free Shipping: Handling time is 3-4 business days and transit time is 7-10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping ($30): Handling time is 3-4 business days and transit time is 6-8 business days.
  • Express Shipping ($70): Handling time is 3-4 business days and transit time is 4-6 business days.
  1. Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours post-purchase without incurring any charges. However, cancellation requests beyond this timeframe will be subject to a 30% fee due to the item entering the production phase.

  1. Order Processing:

Orders placed after 7 p.m. EST will be processed on the subsequent business day.

*Please note: Holiday and peak seasons: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, it may take additional 7 days for both domestic and international delivery.

  1. When Will My Neon Sign Arrive?

Your neon sign is typically delivered to your doorstep within 14 business days of placing your order, though it often arrives even sooner. Please note that each product on our website is custom-made, whether it’s a personalized design or a pre-made one.

  1. Shipping Process:

Our standard production time is approximately 3-4 business days. After production, shipping generally takes 7-10 business days. We partner with a trusted shipping provider: USPS. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a comprehensive tracking number via email, enabling you to monitor the progress of your neon sign.

  1. Import Fees and Taxes:

Customs duties and tariffs may apply based on factors such as the country of origin, size, weight, and value of your order. Please be aware that all duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  1. Order Tracking:

You’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days in some instances. If you don’t receive an email, kindly reach out to us before considering a Chargeback, as automated emails may occasionally not be sent.

  1. Tracking Issues:

It’s common for tracking numbers to take 2-4 business days to appear in the courier’s system. Occasionally, couriers may experience delays in updating their websites or managing high order volumes. If your tracking number isn’t functional after four business days, please contact us at support@radiantroomllc.com.

  1. Missing Package:

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t been received, please check around your residence and with neighbors. If it’s still missing, contact your local post office, then inform us.

  1. Shipping Carriers:

We utilize USPS, DHL, or OSM for shipping, chosen based on the recipient’s address to enhance delivery speed and reduce costs.

  1. Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses:

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. However, delivery times may be slower (2-5 business days) due to stringent regulations.

  1. Partial Shipments:

Items may be shipped separately for faster delivery. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us at support@radiantroomllc.com

  1. Combining Orders:

Separate orders cannot be combined due to safety concerns during transportation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  1. Multiple Delivery Addresses:

Regrettably, we are unable to split orders for delivery to multiple addresses.

  1. Address Changes:

Address changes cannot be accommodated after an order is processed.
