For retail products, our standard shipping procedures apply. For larger orders, we tailor our approach based on the quantity and specific requirements to ensure precision and efficiency.

Shipping Methods

Choose from three convenient shipping options: Free Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Express Shipping.

Shipping Prices

Shipping costs are determined by the selected shipping method. Please refer to the price list below for details:

• Free Shipping: Handling time is 3-4 business days and transit time is 7-10 business days.
• Expedited Shipping ($30): Handling time is 3-4 business days and transit time is 6-8 business days.
• Express Shipping ($70): Handling time is 3-4 business days and transit time is 4-6 business days.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase without any charges. Cancellation requests beyond this timeframe will incur a 30% fee due to the item entering the production phase.

Order Processing

Orders placed after 7 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.

Returns and Refunds

Order Returns

At Radiant Room, we pride ourselves on the unique craftsmanship of our products, each tailored to individual preferences. Due to this bespoke nature, our items are not suitable for resale, reuse, or donation. Therefore, we do not facilitate traditional returns but offer replacement or refund options as alternatives.

Initiating a Replacement/Refund

To initiate a replacement, refund, or return within 7 days, please follow these steps:

1. Capture a photo or video of the product alongside the QR code/Cover Package placed on a flat surface under adequate lighting to clearly demonstrate the issue.
2. Email us at support@radiantroomllc.com, explaining the reason for your request and attaching the photo or video from step one. Additional relevant information would be appreciated.

Approval Process

We will respond within 36 hours to confirm your request. If the information provided is unclear, we may request further clarification. Please reply within 7 business days to avoid case closure due to insufficient evidence.

Upon approval, there are two types of resolution:

1. Replacement Approval: We will dispatch a new item via standard shipping at our expense. You will receive a tracking code via email once available. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the replacement to reach you.
2. Refund Approval: We will promptly issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
