Payment Methods
Terms of Payment
- For added security and peace of mind, Radiant Room strongly recommends using Stripe Payment (Visa/Mastercard/Discover/Amex).
- Please note that we reserve the right to accept or decline any payment method.
- All prices are stated in United States dollars (USD).
Payment Schedule
- Payment terms are determined by the order value: Immediate payment is required for orders with fewer than 10 items. For orders exceeding this threshold, a 50% prepayment is required before production begins, with the remaining balance due before shipping.
- Failure to complete payment as agreed will lead to delays in order processing.
Dispute Resolution
- You will receive an invoice for the exact amount specified in the order.
- No charges will be incurred for any unlisted items or unfulfilled orders, and Radiant Room will promptly refund any erroneously deducted amounts.
- Payment is made upon acceptance of the order. Radiant Room reserves the right to receive payment for the order after it is placed.
Taxes and Duties
- Customers are responsible for paying taxes, customs duties, and all related fees associated with the transaction.
Security and Fraud Prevention
- We do not store any information about your credit or debit card.
- Radiant Room will require the following information to fulfill orders: Customer/business email or phone number, Customer/business shipping address, Customer/business billing address.
Modifications and Updates
- The Company reserves the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice.
- Pricing and shipping agreements must be mutually agreed upon by both parties before production commences
