• The sign is made with pre-designed holes for hanging. You can hang the sign everywhere easily with the screws already included in the kit.
• Lights details:
– A string of lights is attached behind these items will highlight your room.
– The USB plug enables you to plug the string LED lights into the USB hub, power adapter.
– Remote control: You can use the remote to turn the lights on and off, change the color to one of 16 vibrant colors, adjust brightness, cycle through the colors and set a timer.

To initiate a replacement, refund, or return within 7 days, please follow these steps:
- Capture a photo or video of the product alongside the QR code/Cover Package placed on a flat surface under adequate lighting to clearly demonstrate the issue.
- Email us at support@radiantroomllc.com, explaining the reason for your request and attaching the photo or video from step one. Additional relevant information would be appreciated.
Approval Process
We will respond within 36 hours to confirm your request. If the information provided is unclear, we may request further clarification. Please reply within 7 business days to avoid case closure due to insufficient evidence.
Upon approval, there are two types of resolution:
- Replacement Approval: We will dispatch a new item via standard shipping at our expense. You will receive a tracking code via email once available. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the replacement to reach you.
- Refund Approval: We will promptly issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

– The product can withstand forces ranging from 3 to 6 kg, depending on its size.
