Does my new sign come with a warranty?
Absolutely. All our products are backed by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. Please note, however, that the warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors.
Regarding warranty shipping costs, the buyer is responsible for all delivery expenses, including shipping the product to our facility and the subsequent delivery of warranted products to the customer’s address.
